You, your (The Customer)
Booking Terms & Conditions
1. When you make a provisional booking and pay a deposit, a place will be reserved on the course.
2. To retain your place on the course, you must pay the balance of the course fee 2 weeks prior to the
course commencement date. This can be paid by telephone, by cheque or bank transfer.
3. On acceptance by Teach Yoga, the booking will be treated as an order and we will issue confirmation
appropriate to the chosen payment option.
Attending Instructions
Upon receipt of your confirmation, attending instructions will be sent to you. If for whatever reason payment is not received, attendance at the course will not be permitted.
Payment Terms
A deposit payment is due when you make a booking for all courses.
The full balance for the course is due 2 weeks prior to the course commencement date unless you select the
credit option available on some of our longer courses (see Credit Terms).
Payment is due immediately should the booking be made within 2 weeks of the course commencement date.
All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Please make cheques payable to Teach Yoga Ltd.
Only cheques and bank-transfers which have 'cleared' will be treated as received. If the customer fails to make any payment when due, Teach Yoga Ltd reserves the right to levy a late payment charge calculated at the rate of 2% per month accruing daily from the date the payment becomes due.
Credit Terms
On Teach Yoga's longer courses, credit options for payment of the course may be offered.
The following conditions apply:
1. The Customer undertakes to ensure all monthly payments are made by the 1st of each month until the full course fee has been paid.
2. Teach Yoga reserves the right to charge a late payment administration fee of £25 or 2% per month of the balance owed
accruing daily (whichever is greater).
3. In the event that the customer does not complete the course, the full balance of the course plus any late payment fees remain payable.
Certificates
YTTC's
Following successful completion of your Yoga Teacher Training Course you will be given verbal feedback by your tutor on the day.
When you have submitted your logbook, homework, and successfully completed any additional elements of the course (for example CPR training
& Anatomy & Physiology test)you will be sent the appropriate level of certificate (BWY, YA200 or YA500).
In the event of your being unsuccessful which will be determined by your tutor, written feedback and an action plan will provided
to help you achieve success on a subsequent occasion.
Workshops
On successful completion of any Teach Yoga Ltd workshops, all students will receive a Certificate of Attendance. If a workshop offers extra accreditation, upon meeting and submitting all relevant criteria, an appropriate level of Certification will be sent to you.
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted if made in writing and received at least four weeks before the start of the course. Later cancellations cannot be accepted and the full payment for the course will remain payable.
Transferring Courses
In the event of a student being unable to complete a course due to unforseen circumstances, Teach Yoga will try to transfer students onto a new course of the same wherever possible and space permitting. A course transfer fee will be payable.
Course Changes
Teach Yoga Ltd reserves the right to improve the specification and format of its courses for the benefit of all its customers without notice. Tutors may be changed without prior notice, to allow for other teaching commitments, leave or illness.
The location and date of the course will be as advised to the customer at the time of booking. Teach Yoga Ltd reserves the right to change the location of the course and will advise the customer as soon as this change is known.
Teach Yoga Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will advise the customer as soon as this change is known. Teach Yoga will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature. When this is unavoidable Teach Yoga will refund in full all monies paid by the customer, or at the customer's option apply all monies to a rescheduled or alternative course.
Warranty and Liability
The customer accepts that it is their responsibility to verify that the courses are suitable for the requirements of the person attending a particular course and that that person has the necessary level of competence and prerequisite qualifications where necessary to be able to achieve the objectives of the course.
Teach Yoga's liability for loss and damage shall be limited to a claim for damages. The maximum aggregate liability will be the charges for the course out of which the loss or damage has arisen. Inspire Massage Workshops will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of anticipated profit or data), howsoever arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss.
Copyright
The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Teach Yoga Ltd or, in the case of a course developed by a Partner of Teach Yoga, the Partner organisation. You undertake that you will not copy or permit the copying of course materials, nor disclose or permit the disclosure or sell or hire the same to third parties, nor use the same for running your own courses.
