I enjoyed many aspects of the course - I thought the basis of the yoga teaching was excellent & taught from such a safe angle with the pilates background you couldn't help but protect your back & strengthen your core. I liked having different tutors with their very different styles and enjoyed the classes immensely. I found the repetition of coaching points very helpful - to get them stuck in my brain!! - and even now I notice what a difference it has made to my own practice - the way my body & muscles feel moving into, during & after the asanas - something I'd not really experienced before. I am glad I did this course and would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to take their yoga practice further.
