Therapeutically Reading and Understanding the Body
Join Elena Voyce, a true Master at Reading the Body, for a series of weekend workshops that will break the body down in detail, looking at specific parts firstly in isolation, to learn the signs that help us to understand what is going on within the body as a whole.
Elena has an instinctive ability to find the source of imbalances and heal long-term complaints, combined with a highly specialised knowledge of human anatomy. She believes the best gift she can give her students is the knowledge and tools to heal themselves. Through these workshops you will develop the understanding and awareness needed to learn how to achieve sustainable positive change within your own body and share the recipe for self healing, practice and teach yoga as a true healing art.
In each workshop Elena will cover 3 sequences for 3 levels of awareness progressing to deeper levels of understanding.
