Shoreditch Studio is approximately 7 minutes walk from Liverpool Street (back exit) and Old Street (exit 3)
Parking: Metered parking until 6.30pm
Shoreditch Studio is within the Congestion Zone area.
You need to reserve your place in advance as the studio is quite small, via email please.
Classes are kept small so that each student can receive specific attention.

Hatha Yoga Classes
Celebrating the great traditions of Yoga, with the integration of restorative and healing postures, Camille’s classes naturally, yet powerfully evolve with specific attention to the breath, making it fun and the ideal way to enhance one’s physical, mental and creative potential.
The classes are designed for people wishing to increase their body mobility and strength, improving flexibility and balance and releasing muscular tensions. They are also ideal for students who suffer back and neck pain, and those wishing to correct poor posture.
Antenatal yoga
Yoga is the ideal safe exercise during and after pregnancy, helping mothers to keep fit and calm for childbirth. It is now highly recommended by doctors and health professionals. Drawing from her experience as a mum, Camille’s emphasis is on deep relaxation, concentration and breath awareness, to create a class that is both fun and very useful to mums to be.
