Individual & small group (up to 3 people) sessions - reduced hourly rate of £45ph If you are thinking of attending, or you're already a student on one of our Yoga Teacher Training Courses, Elena is happy to offer sessions on Saturday afternoons for a reduced hourly rate, which can be split up to 3 ways. This is a wonderful opportunity to receive Elena's expert guidance focussed on your personal practice. Pre-booking is essential, and you are advised to book early as these available timeslots fill up quickly. Classes will take place at the Teach Yoga Office, 11 Albert Rd, London NW4 2SH.
Tuesdays 6.30 to 7.30pm - No Class on 13 or 20 May 2008
Pilates mat work
Cost: £10 per lesson or £75 for 10 classes pre-booked
Venue: Teach Yoga Offices
Tuesdays 7.30 to 9pm - No Class on 13 or 20 May 2008
Hatha Yoga
Cost: £12/lesson or £95 for 10 classes pre-booked
Venue: Teach Yoga Offices
