Teacher Training Course
Next 500hr course - starting 26 January 2008
This course provides qualified RYT200 teachers with a path to the RYT500 level (if you have a diffferent yoga qualification, please contact us for an interview). It will transform your yoga teaching experience because Yoga teachers who become a RYT500 have reached a high level of practice and can then consider teaching students who are at an intermediate to advanced level of practice, as well as yoga teachers to be!
The course consists of 2 components:
Teach Yoga Level 2 Yoga Teacher Training Course
For RYT200 teachers, the level 2 course consists of 80 hours over a period of 6 to 7 months, aimed at bringing students up to British Wheel of Yoga accreditation standards - pending accreditation by this organisation which is in progress.
Our current course is started on 27 January 2008 and runs roughly every 3 weeks on Sundays. The venue for this course is Maude's Yoga Salon 73 Great Titchfield Street, London W1W 6RD. Maude's is about 5 mins walk from Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street tube stations.
Teach Yoga Level 3 Teacher Training Course
The level 3 course is all about building on your inspiration. To do this we run regular Friday night classes, also at Maude's Yoga Salon. Here you will have an intimate space where you can develop your practice and teaching style under Dr Elena Voyce's expert guidence.
In addition to the regular classes, certain workshops will be available to you, including Duncan Wong's seven-day intensive course running from 3rd to 9th November 2008, and taking place at the Yoga Therapy Centre in Islington, London N1. Duncan Wong is the creator & founder of Yogic Arts.
