in a simple, step by step way. Emphasis will be placed upon Parsva Baka Asana (Side Crow Posture) variations
that all with basic athletic ability can easily accomplish. Using a true ground system, come open to working
from the floor upwards.

For the first decade of practice, we simply breath and squeeze, Developing an authentic prana-bandha
relationship, which was originally designed to purify from the bone marrow out through the skin, resulting
in a radiant form and an enlightened mind. Come prepared to practice a basic Vinyasa sequence as the
vehicle for the experience.
Yogic Arts | Tantric Thai Therapy
Welcome to Duncan Wong's unique system of intelligent dynamic Thai body work application to opening
locked muscles and blocked energy. This program will utilize yogic postural stance structures, as
well as seated and reclined rotated poses, to access deeper energy reserves while realigning the
enlightened body.
No partner necessary however, come open to interactive body work.

This intensive will consist of the best of Duncan Wong's life's work, being his ‘full contact body
locking' style of postural adjustments and joint manipulations that involve utilizing all manner of
limbs and torso support.
Playful precision is the name of this game, and his body of work is well informed from years spent
with great masters who taught him the art of combat, contact, and constant compassion, which you can
experience directly during this time with young ‘Master' Wong.
